Mastering the many small details in depth gives you the decisive edge.

The focus of our turning capacities is on CNC sliding headstock automatic lathes, on which we produce high-precision turned parts from bars in a diameter range of less than 1 mm to approx. 40 mm.

This spectrum is supplemented by CNC short automatic lathes and conventional long and short lathes on which we also produce, for example, inserts and hexagon nuts.

We often hear about the proverbial search for the µ. We don't want to have to search for the µ, with us it has to be there - at all times and reproducibly.

The decisive process component for ensuring µ-accurate cylinders and outstanding shape and position tolerances is our grinding technology. We usually grind centreless - in through-feed or plunge-cut.

The grinding machines, many of which we have developed and built ourselves, are based on the same technological foundation that has helped the Swiss watch industry, among others, to achieve its worldwide outstanding image of proverbial precision. On this basis, we develop and build grinding machines for our manufacturing processes that combine economical, industrial series production from small to medium and large series with outstanding manufacturing precision.

This spectrum is complemented by options for grinding between centres as well as grinding surfaces and other contours.

For our customers, the optimal coordination of the hardening process with the entire value chain often plays a decisive role in terms of precision, reliability and flexibility.

That's why we focus on in-house hardening on the partly self-developed systems of the my precision Group - in an inert gas atmosphere or inductively. From free-cutting steel to high-alloy and stainless special steel. Up to 900 HV.

Ultimately, only what can be measured can be produced. Our measuring technology keeps pace with the production possibilities of the my precision Group and is perfectly matched to the requirements of the respective process steps.

We do not rely exclusively on digitally controlled measuring machines in the laboratory, but on highly precise and at the same time robust and easy-to-use measuring methods that can be used exactly where the dimension to be measured is produced - in production, at the machine.

When it comes to selecting and using suitable measuring technology, we benefit considerably from the fact that we at the my precison Group produce and sell cylindrical gauges ourselves. This expertise is therefore not only available to our customers, but also to all internal departments without restriction. For certain measured quantities, we even have our own SCS calibration laboratory - certified by the world-renowned Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology METAS.

In order to be able to realise as many of your ideas as possible, we expand our main manufacturing
processes with various supplementary processes - without getting bogged down in the process.

These value-added processes include, for example, the direct toothing of shafts - also in the
smaller diameter range, the rolling of knurls, threads and cylindrical surfaces, the joining and
pressing of miniaturised assemblies and much more.

Our technological edge can only unfold its full customer benefit if our organisational business processes are defined, documented and digitalised. This allows us to bundle forces to the point.

Here, we place just as much emphasis on the highest precision and reliability as we do on our manufacturing capacities.
